The Story

The film was made as a diploma film at the Baden-Württemberg Film Academy and tells the story of a family whose home is constantly changing from the 1950s to the present day. The only thing that remains is the Eames Lounge Chair, which is passed on to the next generation at the end of the film.
Vitra stands for longevity and timeless design.

The Music

I endeavored to compose a piece of music that delicately nestles beneath the poem, accentuating the words while remaining unobtrusive. Through the gentle tones of muted piano, subtle drums, and the caress of tender string arrangements, it seamlessly integrates, mirroring the fluidity of a dance in sync with the camera's movements.

The orchestral recording took place in Slovakia, and I had the privilege of conducting it myself.

Take a listen!
